Weiser Independent Operator Groups

Weiser Profit Groups are supercharged cost groups - covering everything cost groups and strategic groups used to cover… plus much more. The Groups’ objective is profits. The premise is that the route to profit maximization requires, not only production cost control, but the implementation of best practices for all of the areas of your business.

Membership consists of independent textile rental operators with similar product mixes, who don’t compete with one another, directly. Arranged to coincide with member plant tours, groups meet for a day and a half, three times per year.

Weiser professionals facilitate the Weiser Profit Groups forum which gives independent operators a vehicle through which to learn best business practices on topics that range in scope from finance and sales to marketing, production, and management. Comparative analysis between operators and against the industry standard is encouraged.
